I have to absolutely rave about Joules. Everything about the experience is so thoughtful and detailed. I absolutely love the front desk team working so hard to accommodate my schedule and being so kind, & friendly every time I come. Rosie always remembers personal details about things we’ve discussed and is so welcoming. The amenities include bathrooms with showers and toiletries for anything you need to prep for your appointment. It’s so convenient for those times when you’re running behind! I love getting to meet and speak with the owners every time I’m there. It’s really cool to know the people you’re investing your time and money with for treatments. And most of all, not only am I receiving the most amazing results from my painless hair removal, but I have the absolute best tech in Kara. She is so detailed, so knowledgeable, and so experienced. You can ask her anything about the treatment you’re getting or all the other amazing services Joules offers and she knows it all. She makes my appointments feel like mini vacations and I know I’m in the best hands with the most professional team. She’s a NP and has so much knowledge and continues to do extensive training and continued education. Her commitment to her craft is next level. I would (and do) recommend this place to anyone in need of hair removal or skincare services. You will not be disappointed.

I've been so mistaken about Botox treatment. My skin is really sensitive, so I was hesitant to get any facial treatments done for fear of breakouts or looking strange or asymmetrical if it was done incorrectly. This field has completely altered my perspective. In addition to feeling younger and more self-assured, I don't see any changes in who I am, and most significantly, my skin is still healthy, no eczema breakout and acne-free. My provider is Kara Kweder, and she is incredible. She pays attention to your worries and doesn't coerce you into doing anything against your will. Kara provides you with a variety of alternatives so you can actually be in control of your beautiful facial features.

So appreciative of Kara’s attention to detail and her overall attentiveness. So happy with my treatment and thankful to all of the Joules staff. I had such a great experience, I’m bringing my mom next.
